Scotchcast™ เป็นชุดต่อสายเคเบิลจึงดิเรชั่น ที่มีระบบการทำงานแบบปิด (Closed Mix) โดยที่ผู้ใช้ไม่ต้องสัมผัสถูกเรซิ่น เหมาะกับสายไฟ NYY, CV และ THW ชนิดแกนเดียวหรือหลายแกนที่ฝังดินไฟฟ้าไม่เกิน 1kV โดยสามารถติดตั้งใต้ดิน (Direct Buried) และกลิ่นน้ำได้โดยไม่มีอากาศ โดยมีระยะเวลาการทำปฏิกิริยาเรซิ่น สามารถถ่ายแรงไฟได้ภายใน 30 นาที สามารถทนต่อสภาพแวดล้อมที่รุนแรงได้ รวมทั้งกับการกระแทกหรือดัดได้

ทดสอบตามมาตรฐาน EN 50393 Table 3 (สำหรับ 92-NB Series) และ UL Listed 486D (สำหรับ 82-A Series)

ในชุดประกอบด้วย Transparent Mould, ชุดผสม Resin 4 หรือ 40 และกระดาษทรายหรือที่ขัดเปลือกสายเคเบิล (ไม่รวม Connector)
